Doctor Who Series 9 - Episode 9 Costume Index

Throughout the episode nine of series 9, the doctor wears a similar costume as in the Christmas special of series 9, Last Christmas.

 This costume consists of his classic navy 3/4 length crombie with burgundy lining, paired with the All Saints ink mode merino hoodie, the Paul Smith holey jumper, navy Paul Smith chinos, and the black Doc Marten Affleck boots.

In the series 10 Christmas special, The Return of Doctor Mysterio, it features two new costumes and  it sees the introduction of a new black velvet coat and a new costume designer Hayley Nebauer. Doctor Who Series 10 - Episode 9 Costume Index

Throughout episode nine of series 10, the doctor wears the classic series 10 look seen in most of the promotional artwork and photos for series 10.  This costume is very similar to the 'Return of Doctor Mysterio' outfit, except with the black velvet frock coat instead of the black velvet crombie coat. It consists of the black velvet frock coat with blue lining, paired with the TM Lewin Palmer merino wool waistcoat, the Budd Shirt-makers white soyella cotton dress shirt with undone cuffs, the black Paul Smith chinos, and the black Doc Marten Affleck boots.
